What is Dru Yoga 

Suitable for all levels of ability, these classes are based on Dru yoga which is a therapeutic and mindful style of yoga that uses sequences and postures, breathing, relaxation and meditation exercises.  Find out more about Dru Yoga and its unique style.

Registration 

To reserve your place click on the ‘register to book’ button above, it takes just 60 seconds. You will then be sent an email giving you details on how to pay by cheque, BACs payment or credit card.

Payment 

You can pay online with a card, or offline by bank transfer, cheque or cash to one of the teachers.  

World Peace Flame Charity 

15% donation of net profits will go to the World Peace Flame projectsin India and around the globe.

On the Day

Please arrive by 9.15am as there is a short walk to where we are holding the event. 
Yoga 9:30 - 1pm followed by a bring and share lunch.

What to Bring 

·       a yoga mat or picnic rug

·       bottle of water

·       sun hat/sun screen

·       a rain jacket for light showers

·       a fleece or jumper

·       picnic lunch to share if you wish to stay on

·       sense of wonder!

Yoga Mats We will have available some yoga mats, if you do need one then please reserve one in advance.

Refreshments– herbal drinks and juices will be provided.

Weather We all know the British weather is changeable; so bring any extra that you feel you will need for the day. If the weather becomes too wet or windy to stay outdoors then we will move into the tithe barn.

Wellbeing 

If you have any health challenges or injuries then would you please let us know before the event. This will help us to make the day more enjoyable for you.

Directions to Postlip Hall, GL54 5AQ
Take the B4362 out of Cheltenham towards Winchcombe. As you come over the top of Cleeve Hill and start on the downhill (past the Golf Club) there is a sign on your left side for Postlip Hall. The turning you need to take is on the right. If you get to Postlip Mill or Postlip House you have gone too far towards Winchcombe (turn around).

Turn right into the drive and you will see a sign for Postlip Hall. Go up the drive (nearly ½ mile) until you get to some stone pillars. This road can be uneven so take it easy. Go through and you will see the house ahead. You will be able to park just before he house – look out for the parking signs before you reach the house.

Car Sharing 

If you are coming with friends then please consider car sharing to reduce the impact on the environment.

About Postlip Hall 

There are eight families living in a cohousing community at Postlip Hall within the fifteen-acre grounds, pond, stream and kitchen garden. Some of the residents will be joining us for the yoga session on the Saturday morning. Please respect their privacy during your stay.
