Suitable for all levels of ability, these classes are based on Dru yoga which is a therapeutic and mindful style of yoga that incorporates sequences and postures, breathing, relaxation and meditation exercises.  

The class will be led by professional yoga teachers Viv Ayres and Ele Hale.
Mats, blocks and blankets can be supplied.

Book 5 weeks for £40 or call for drop in at £10 a session.
