CFA Yogashala - Yoga and Meditation Classes

There are now three classes running a week at Cheltenham School of Fine Art suitable for all levels of ability.  These classes are based on Dru yoga which is a therapeutic and mindful style of yoga that incorporates sequences and postures, breathing exercises and meditation exercises.   Classes are organised to:

 • Stretch, strengthen and tone with flowing movements

 • Improve your posture and increase vitality

 • Work with back pain and provide stress relief

 • Improve self-confidence and focus

 • Promote peace, inner harmony and deep relaxation; and

 • Include variations suitable for all levels and ability.
