

Crafts - Needle Felting Workshop, Thursday 11th August, 10-4pm
Spend the day learning about sculpting with wool using needle felting techniques to create an animal of your choice such as your dog or cat or a favourite woodland creature!
In the lovely and inspiring surroundings of Cheltenham School of Fine Art, those new to the craft will be taught the basics of needle felting and how to sculpt with wool, with or without a wire armature structure. For those with some experience, you can develop your techniques using an armature.
Please bring a selection of photos of your chosen project for you to work from.
Dates: Sat May 21st & Thurs August 11th 10am-4pm
Cost: £60 including all materials. Tea, coffee & treats available throughout the day.
Lunch not provided.
Arrive at 9.45 am for welcome drink to start at 10am.
The class will be held in the print studio of Cheltenham School of Fine Art on the first floor of Carmargue House, 32 Wellington Lane, Cheltenham GL52 2AG.
There is free 4 hour parking around the nearby Pittville Park or NCP parking at North Place
