Mindful Movement & Meditation, Fridays 6-7pm
An hour long class of movement to warm up the body, breathing exercises and meditation to relax the mind and unwind before the weekend.
Dru is a therapeutic practice suitable for all ages and abilities. From these classes you will learn simple techniques that you can use in everyday life to relax and calm your mind.
Paul qualified as a Dru Yoga and Meditation teacher ten years ago and has taught on retreats in North Wales and Portugal.
Wear loose clothing - everything else provided.
